A life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Ed has also been a recipient of numerous awards including Business Man of the Year and Asian Entrepreneur of the Year. Ed has 48 years experience forming medical groups, insurance companies, and employer trusts.
Doug Shimada

Doug came to AIS with a management background from a major insurance company in 1983. He heads up small groups and specialty areas. Doug is particularly strong with innovative ways to put packages together for small markets and restaurants including health, dental, vision, and non-traditional benefits. Fluent in Japanese.

Amy is charged with the responsibility of coordinating the merging of the former group and billing departments into the newly organized client services. This was done to create a more cohesive and seamless environment for our valued clients.
